Cancellation Policy

A Helping Hand Toy Assistance Program Guidelines 1. You must live in Lake County, Florida 2. You will need to bring copies of birth certificates for all children under the age of 12 you are shopping for 3. You must bring a copy of the first page of your tax return or W2 for proof of income 4. You can not exceed 3 years or assistance from our program. Hours are Friday 4PM to 9PM Saturday 9AM to 9PM & Sunday hours are 9AM to 5PM. Please do not make any appointments outside of these hours. Appointment times may change based on staffing availability.
