The sauce competition is all about a great tasting sauce.

The goal is not for a red hot burn your mouth sauce, but to find the right mixture of seasonings and flavors.

Sauce entries will be judged by the public appeal.

We have added a bonus tasting Saturday! You can sample the amazing and creative sauces from teams from all around the state.

Saturday Tasting Tickets include Sauce Competition, BBQ Pork Butt competition and Chili Tasting Competition.

Saturday - October 19th - 12PM

such as Youth or Burger Competitions
